- 12-acre Secluded Beach: Sugary white sand and brilliant blue waves will greet you whether you’re spending an afternoon soaking up the sun and building sandcastles or unwinding with a walk on the beach after a busy day. Complimentary chairs, umbrellas and towels are always available for you as a valued club member.
- Water Sports Rentals: Stay as active as you desire with daily water sports rentals available right on-site at exclusive member discounts. With your choice of wave runners, sailboats and pontoon boats, you can explore at your own speed.
- Complimentary Kayaks and Stand-Up Paddle Boards for Daily Use
- Heated Pools: Make a splash all year long with heated swimming pools, including our signature lagoon-style “Octopool” with a large waterfall, giant shells, sponges and underwater speakers. - Rae's Real Italian: Serving your favorite Italian dishes and fresh seafood, grab a bite to eat at Rae's. Order family-style meals and delectable desserts paired with a glass of wine or local craft beer.

Family & Friend Privileges

- Guests: Up to four guests who are not immediately related to you can also accompany you to the beach club up to four times a year.
- Legacy transfers: Members can request the transfer of their membership to an adult child or grandchild.
