Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina Names Jerry Janus as Food & Beverage Director
July 31, 2014 – Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina, an award winning AAA resort on Fort Myers Beach Florida, appointed Jerry Janus Regional Food & Beverage Director. He will be responsible for managing all aspects of Pink Shell Beach Resort & Marina’s Food & Beverage operations including Jack’s, Bongo’s Bar & Grill and the banquet operations. Janus’s management style will allow Pink Shell to enhance its position as the premiere resort in the Fort Myers Beach market.
A hospitality executive, Janus has over 20 years of progressive management experience within the industry. His background includes such properties as South Seas Resort – FL, Marriott Hunt Valley – MD, Marriott Boca Raton – FL. Most recently, he served as Director of Food & Beverage at La Playa Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, FL. Mr. Janus possesses the pedigree of operating four diamond-rated properties and displays a proven track record.
In his free time, Jerry enjoys travel, physical fitness of all types and yes, working in the yard. His personal life includes a wife of 30 years, and one son.
