Food and Beverage
Restaurant Manager – Exempt position
This position definitely comes with a view of the Gulf of Mexico as you work on our expansive pool deck restaurant. If you have a friendly, outgoing personality with a minimum of one year of full service restaurant management experience then we want to talk to you. Responsibilities of this job include but are not limited to: Directs all bartenders, servers, bus help and host (ess). Maintains a high level of service quality and insures customer satisfaction. Responsible for training new help. Controls cost, payroll and protects company property. Assists other restaurant management in development of new services and product improvement.
Bartender – Full-time
Shift – Flexible to include weekends and holidays.
Minimum of one year experience in a high volume bar.
Pleasant, outgoing personality; neat and well groomed; aptitude for numbers, record keeping and cash handling. Previous experience in service-related job is helpful. Must be able to work out doors in different types of weather conditions.
Banquet set-up – On-call
Shift – Flexible – 7 day a week availability to include days, nights, and weekends and holidays.
Minimum of one year in banquet or restaurant service experience. Fine dining experience. Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Take a strong personal interest in guest satisfaction. Must be able to lift and/or carry up to 25 pounds and occasionally up to 50 pounds. Oral and written communication skills in English.
Server – Full-time
Shift – Flexible to include weekends and holidays
Minimum of one year restaurant service experience required. Neat and well-groomed appearance. Must be able to read, write and communicate in English. Take a strong personal interest in guest satisfaction. Must be able to work out doors in different types of weather conditions. Providing dining service to guests in a manner in which is in keeping with the established standards of service. Develop repeat business by maintaining a congenial attitude towards all guests and by demonstrating an awareness of proper service standards through daily guest service. Prepare assigned stations for full service of the day. Use suggestive selling techniques when taking food and beverage orders. Maintain a constant awareness of guest needs through teamwork. Accurately prepare all guest checks.

Must possess a State of Florida license; Reliable work history; professional appearance; Oral and written communication skills in English; enjoy working with a team.
Shift: Flexible to include holidays and weekends
The Condo Area Cleaner’s responsibilities include but are not limited to the following combination of duties to ensure the cleanliness of the public areas of the property. Ensure that the entire front lobby in cleaned. Cleans pool deck area and boardwalks. Cleans public restrooms and stocks all necessary items. Empties trash and vacuums offices. Makes sure glass doors and windows are clean. Cleans guest hallways, elevators, ash trays, stairwells and unit doorways. Must be able to push a 100 pound cart; lift 30 pounds. Must have a high standard of cleanliness. Must be able to work independently and enjoy working with others. Must be able to walk and stand entire shift. Oral and written communication skills in English.
